Catch up here if you missed our last Inspiration Session: Be A Better Creative Problem Solver
Last month our Training Partner, Matt Bolton-Alarcón from Special Sauce Training hosted our second live Inspiration Session where he tackled the topic of Creative Problem Solving, and WHAT a session it was!
Matt showed that creativity isn’t a rare talent – it’s a skill anyone can build by asking better questions, challenging assumptions, and thinking differently about problems.
The session provided practical techniques to:
Reframe problems to find better solutions
Use playful techniques to unlock creativity
Turn everyday moments into idea-generating opportunities
Boost team problem-solving with interactive exercises
Cut through jargon to define challenges more clearly
We think the biggest take away is the idea that in today’s world, your ability to think creatively and solve real problems is your biggest competitive advantage.

Introducing our new bitesize mentoring series
We’re introducing our new bite-sized training series created mainly for mentors presented by the brilliant Zoe Tuffs (Leadership Coach and Founder of Times Ten Coaching). Zoe’s snackable videos and accompanying crib sheet offers clear guidance, mentoring prompts and open questions to help our mentors be the best they can be, equipping them with the knowledge, tools and training to support their mentee with confidence.
Confidence
This session looks at how mentors can build confidence through reflective conversations and steady growth. It focuses on overcoming challenges and encourages self-awareness, vulnerability and staying in the stretch zone.
Impostor syndrome
This session helps mentors support mentees in building confidence and challenging negative self-beliefs. It introduces a six-step framework with tips and open questions to guide reflective conversations and create practical action plans.
We have space at Protein Studios for you to meet your mentor or mentee before our monthly Inspiration Sessions
